Our Rainham Marshes honey is harvested from hives nestled alongside one of the UK's most biodiverse nature reserves. The bees forage freely across untamed blackberry thickets and meadow wildflowers, producing a honey that's bold, fruity, and utterly unlike anything from a supermarket shelf.

What makes it special:
— Raw & unfiltered: never heated above hive temperature, so all enzymes, pollen and natural goodness are preserved intact
— Chemical-free: our Rainham Marshes site is surrounded by farmland we personally vet — no pesticides, no herbicides
— Limited seasonal harvest: once it's gone, it's gone until next season

Taste notes: Bold blackberry, dark floral, with a warm finish. Beautiful on sourdough, stirred into porridge, or straight off the spoon.
