“Every jar of our honey and every product we make starts with healthy bees, honest ingredients, and a genuine passion for sharing a little piece of nature from Essex with you.” 🐝🍯
At JP's Wild Honey Ltd, bees aren’t just part of the business — they’re part of the family. Our passion is simple: produce pure, beautiful honey while giving our bees the best life possible and caring for the environment they depend on.
Our hives are carefully placed across the stunning landscapes of Essex — from peaceful woodlands and wetlands to organic farms bursting with wildflowers. These natural surroundings help our bees thrive and give our honey its unique flavours. We also keep things as sustainable as possible, using eco-friendly, recyclable packaging and making choices that protect the land our bees call home.
But honey is only part of our story.
Our natural cosmetics and soaps were inspired by something deeply personal. When my partner began living with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, we saw first-hand how difficult it can be to find products that are both luxurious and gentle on sensitive skin. So we started creating our own. Every balm, soap, and skincare product we make is designed to be kind to skin, honest in its ingredients, and made with the same care we give our bees.
We’re also passionate about protecting pollinators and the environment. Bees play a vital role in our ecosystems, and by caring for them we’re helping support the biodiversity that keeps our countryside alive.
At the heart of it all, JP’s Wild Honey is about more than products. It’s about resilience, respect for nature, and doing things the right way — even when it takes more time, money and effort.
So when you choose JP’s Wild Honey Ltd, you’re not just buying honey or skincare.
You’re supporting healthy bees, sustainable beekeeping, and a small business that truly cares about the world around it.
And honestly… we’re really glad you’re here.
Our bees live and forage across carefully chosen locations throughout Essex, where nature is still rich with wildflowers, trees, and diverse landscapes. From peaceful woodlands and wetlands to farmland and wildflower areas, each apiary site gives our bees access to a wide range of natural nectar sources.
This variety is what gives our honey its unique character. No two seasons are ever the same, and each harvest reflects the environment our bees have been working in.
We place our hives where bees can thrive, surrounded by clean, natural forage. Healthy bees are at the heart of everything we do, because when bees are thriving, the entire ecosystem benefits.
By caring for our bees and their habitats, we’re not just producing honey — we’re helping support pollination, biodiversity, and the health of the local landscape.
At JP's Wild Honey Ltd, we believe honey should be as natural as the bees intended.
Our honey is:
• Raw and minimally processed to preserve its natural flavour and goodness
• Harvested from Our local Essex apiaries where bees forage naturally
• Carefully handled in small batches to maintain quality and character
• Packed with care using recyclable packaging, all the jars are produced in England as is our Honey.
Because our bees forage across different natural landscapes, each batch of honey can have its own unique flavour notes depending on the flowers in bloom during the season.
That means every jar is a true reflection of the land, the flowers, and the incredible work of the bees.
It’s real honey, just as nature intended.
Behind every hive is me, JP, the beekeeper who looks after the bees and the hives that produce the honey you enjoy. Alongside me is my partner, who many of you will already recognise from the markets and events we attend.
I take care of the bees, managing the hives and working with nature to produce pure honey from our apiaries across Essex. My Partner is the creative force behind all of our natural cosmetics and soaps, carefully crafting every product using chemical-free, skin-friendly ingredients.
Our skincare and soaps are made with simplicity and care in mind — natural products that are gentle on the skin while still feeling luxurious to use.
One of the things we love most is meeting people at the farmers’ markets and events we attend throughout the year. We enjoy hearing your experiences and stories, sharing our knowledge about bees, and of course giving you a honey tasting experience to remember.
Because for us, it’s not just about selling honey or products — it’s about sharing the world of bees, good conversation, and a real taste of nature. 🐝🍯
